I don't know much about steering systems. I know the Marauder has a Rack & Pinion system. Is there any way to change the steering ratio? I'd like to decrease the turns lock-to-lock. I'm thinking it would take a different Rack & Pinion, if there is such a thing?

On older Fox Mustangs, they had a spacer before the inner tie rod to limit the travel of the rack and to prevent the tires and wheels from rubbing on the inside. The only drawback to this (if you added more) would be a wider steering radius.
The MM rack is different from our GM, CV, and LTC counterparts. There is a possibilty that the ratio could be different, too.

The ratio is different from the other Panther platform vehicles, the Marauder is specific, and it doesn't go the direction that you are looking to go.
You could do something aftermarket or from another vehicle, but there are electronics involved, and some of the steering (VAPS) electronics will possibly have an effects on other items if it is disconnected all together.

Probably not worth looking into. For me, when running an Auto Cross with a long set of slalom cones, I really have to turn the wheel to get around them.
