Black, In Upper Marlboro, MD 11/26 5:15PM

Saw a Black with DC tags and green fog lights with tint and nice sounding exhaust rounding the traffic circles to Richie Marlboro Rd last night around 5:15PM. Sounded and looked good. I was in my little red ranger. I was right next to you when you punched it for a second under the overpass.

What exhaust modifications did you do?
