Marauder got ticket

While driving cross country this last week I noticed a Black Marauder getting a ticket on Eastbound I-10 between San Antonio and El Paso in Texas.

The state patrol cop was checking out the car pretty good. I think he was jealous!

Also, at least one law enforcement agency in the New Orleans area has a Marauder being used in service.

:( i got a ticket in my marauder the other day. i just put a chip in it to go along with the exhaust and intake and i was trying it out. hopefully the ticket will be under 600 $.... :cry: :cry:

I live on the edge of Chicago, the end of my block is the city limits, and it's a small suburban town "nex door." Their PD is all part-time, and nice guys too, but mostly retired CDP officers up in their years. (so am I, BTW).

One day this past week, I pull My Girl out and dust her off, she's been napping 8 full weeks. I go for gas, run a few errands, and on the way back home, I give her a quick "stretch." I didn't see him behind me, but I lost him really fast, and he never tried to catch up. I went around the block and into the alley, and there he is waiting on me. We meet side by side, driver's door to driver's door. He give me a signal to roll my window down and I do.

We're both a bit shocked to see how old each other is, when he says "aren't you a bit old to be driving that car? I pause a moment and reflect..."Aren't YOU a bit old to be driving THAT car? He flips me off and drives away.

I suppose I'lll watch my step around here a while...
