This is my newly fabbed 2 1/2" system on my 2000 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. It has Mustang headers, an X pipe crossover, 12586 Magnaflow mufflers, and stock type tailpipes.

I used various S-bend Flowmaster pipes to align everything. They make/sell a 6 pipe assortment with (2 each) 4", 6", and 8" offsets. I plan to weld in some V-band clamps to make a bolt-in X-pipe (to allow dis-assembly and maintain alignment).

This was my first project on my new #12K hoist.

The engine is an over-bored 5.4 (2V) Lightning, with a Ford Racing (Whipple) supercharger.

It is much quieter, but still barks when revved. Hopefully officer friendly won't ever notice me.
