Nice. Is that car street driven with the skinny tires up front like that?

Yup, i took it for a drive last night after i installed stock springs and front runners.
It switches lanes @ 90mph with 22psi on rear tires like a breeze.
Play at your own risk tho.

Now that car's purpose is obvious!!
What do I tell Weldcraft about offset etc. to have them widen my stock rims to 305/45/18 and use the spacer?

Just tell them you want them widened to 9.5". They know what to do.

It looks like you have completely blown the offset on the front, thereby drastically increasing the scrub radius (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrub_radius). It's your car, you can do whatever you want.
When you hit the brakes and/or a pothole it's going to yank the steering wheel out of your hand with the leverage the tire has against the steering rack. Changing wheels, especially on the front, should be done with careful attention to offset.

The car feels great on bumps and while braking, i have no concern on parts wearing out since i have basically redone most of the car but the trans and will do it all over again. Now for safety i have a set of factory wheels i put on the car when i go on long trips.

A good idea.
I just wanted to point out to those who might not be aware there are serious consequences to changing the offset as you did.

I just went with the house gloss black. Just make sure they have samples before you let them do the work.

I like. Car's respond well to the reduction of unsprung mass. What brand tire is that on the front?
In the test below they reduced the ET by 1/10 in the 1/8 with only a 38lb weight loss. With a loss of over 100lbs of rotating mass the ET should be significantly affected in a good way.
