03 BLK Marauder (wrecked) Frame/Shell + Engine/Trans and more (VA/MD)

Folks, the time has come to get my car out of Gordon's garage. Most of you have been with me through my ordeal when I totalled my car back in July. I bought it back from insurance and Gordon was gracious to let me park my car at his garage in MD. Since then we've been pulling the car apart.

Now the time has come and I need to get rid of the whole thing. It's a shell now. A rolling chassis. There are some still usable outer door parts not affected by the crash (Right rear fender/hood/trunk lid/ all 4 doors etc).After the accident we put the car up on Gordon's lift and didn't notice any frame damage.

This needs to be a quick sale and hopefully local sale (MD/VA/DC/PA/NJ)

The engine is mostly complete. We took off the valve covers, coil covers, fuel rail, upper and lower intake manifold and timing chain. But it's your standard 4.6L. No major engine modifications other than a JLT Cold Air Intake (not included). 108k was on the odometer at the time of the wreck.

Same with the trans. No J-mod, but up to date services. The driveshaft is OEM but I did install 4.10 gears around 80k. I have the original 3.55 gears if want to throw that in too.

the interior is mostly gutted but the wiring harnesses in the front are still complete along with most of the duct work. I apologize for no pictures. Honestly, Gordon and I were so busy taking the car apart I haven't snapped any pictures of it recently. Hopefully he can send me some or can post them up here. Also Gordon can chime in if I left anything out about the car and what else we've removed from it. I am keeping the wheels and tires but they can stay with the car to at least get it moved and on to a tow truck.


Please I am looking to get rid of the whole car, no more parting out. If you are interested in the eng/trans or another big part, I will work with you. As it stands right now, my asking price for the whole thing is $800 but I am more than negotiable. I will work with you in any way I can. If you have any questions please let me know. I will be posting this on Craigslist soon, but wanted the community to get first rights. Thanks.

Yes, there are wheels/tires right now, but like I said, I am keeping the wheels and tires. I'd be more than happy to keep the wheels/tires with the vehicle for transport or to help get on to a carrier. Also, I was thinkin about getting some used 5 bolt wheels and tires just to bolt up.

Front driver seat is avail. Rear bottom cushion is availb. No trunk organizer and steering wheel already been sold. Sorry.

You got a local salvage yard that pays for scrap metal?

I junked my stripped '95 Grand Marquis and still got close to $300 for scrap.
That thing still weighed 2,500 lbs missing the engine, trans, rear axle, complete interior, wheels & brakes.....:eek:

I got a picture of the crane's gigantic claw lifting the GM carcass off my trailer after having skewered the roof, front & rear glass!!
Kinda sad to see nice Panthers die like that...:(

They then picked it up and dropped it on to the ground from about 30 feet up multiple times!
It looked like a mean dinosaur Pit Bull savaging some small rodent.
Figured out that they were trying to bust out all the glass and flatten the roof so it would stack nice and neat with all the other mashed cars.

BTW: Make sure to pull the gas tank...they don't like them still in the chassis.

yeah i know all about that Joe, i scrapped 4 trucks last year alone, i do it on the side for extra monies. it is kinda sad to see them get ripped apart even though there already dead
