View Full Version : Who is your MM's worst enemy?

In my case, it's ME!!!!

In the past 48hrs, I have done the following to my MM:

--Accidentally let the shopping cart hit back bumper :mad2:
--Got front bumper caught on parking space concrete divider :bigcry:
--Bottomed out front bumper going through intersection :o
--Managed to somehow let the spray gun slip out of my hands and clang up against the side of the car while washing it today

Luckily, no damage occurred during these events. I thought I was safe today after bottoming out since bad things happen in groups of threes...NOT! (Oh yeah, I bottomed out on the way to the DIY car wash)

I think I'm just gonna stay home tomorrow...:shake:

What's the worst and/or most recent thing you've accidentally done to your MM?

Help me out...I need to take comfort in the fact that this kind of crap doesn't just happen to me...:help:

I'd have say my 3yo son, he thinks the side of my car is a great place to set up an imaginary highway for his hotwheels. So far I've managed to buff out what marks I can see, but it adds a few grey hairs every time I catch him in the garage LOL

Neighborhoods muddy cat feet.

I have two neighbors that have cats...I mean had cats. Found one in my garage...he, shall we say left the building! I HATE CATS! They are just little women walking around on all fours. They only want you around when they want you around, they do whatever they want when they want, and you can't train them!!!!!!!!!!!

NO WAY IN HELL, would muddy cat prints happen more than once at my house.

I'm gonna pay for the women comment....

My cats and woman are awesome. One I can call over like a dog and he will actually come over. My woman actually changed her own oil the other week. She trained me to watch Dance Moms. We are all happy.

It's all good in my hood... and under my hood. ;)

My modern day hippie neighbor thinks its cool to keep feeding a stray cat. So many time I have found cat prints all over my clean cars in my garage. Once I found cat hair and prints inside the Merc. I was so pissed I wanted to strangle that damn cat and hippie neighbor. I think the cat finally lives in the house now after almost two years of this BS cat in my garage. I finally told them that next time I see the cat in my yard. I'm letting my dogs take care of the problem. Have not seen the cat since. :burnout:

I watched a lady loading a sled into her car in the Walmart parking lot right next to my car last night. As I cringed and watched I remembered I had a button on my key fob for situations like that. She about leaped out of her skin when the car started up. Ja-vroom! LOL. Needless to say she started paying more attention to what she was doing after that.

But seriously though, I am OCD about where I park my car, who is around it or parked next to it, and of course constantly fight the birds that aim for it! Its a never ending battle................

Yep, birds and other people in parking lots are the Marauder's main enemies, which is why I only drive mine like two days a week and then only if the weather is nice.

I am VERY OCD about where I park The Major...even so...last summer I got the ONLY ding on it on the left rear quarter panel in our local grocery store parking lot (since removed by the P D G)...I had parked at least several spaces apart and away from other vehicles as I always do...but some dribbler actually parked next to me...not sure that person's old 'burban was the one that dinged mine...since I did not see it until I got home...BUT SOMEBODY DID IT.
Unreal.
Cats....had them growing up...and at times as an adult...so I guess I am pretty neutral about that species...BUT..my mother was a public school teacher for 45 years and always had siamese cats when i was a kid...and...much to my great horror, she taught them to walk on a leash like a dog (I am told by my a & m vet friends that siamese are the only breed able to do that) and she and I would walk the 'hood after school so they could 'exercise'...this in full view of all my friends who NEVER let me forget about those incidents.
Probably was psychologically damaging to me at such a tender age...yep.

Some clients and kids I haul around. Most are awesome and respectful when they notice how clean I keep my car. But every now and then I get really bad kids or stinky people. I once had a clients kid leave a used sucker on my leather. I didn't find it until the next day.

Edit: also people that smoke by the car, get that last "burn in" exhale then get in the car 20 seconds later. Yea that helped. Sorry, you still smell like the armpit of a troll. I even had a client ask if they could smoke in the car once.

awesome! I wish others knew humane ways with dealing with animals, a couple cats roaming the neighborhood keep the mice population down...sorry I was not trying to change the thread but when sombody admits to "neighbors had cats" I dont go for that. as far as the topic goes I tried to buff out a scratch in the paint on my trunk lid but it did not come out too good, one more thing for the body shop touch up list!!

I trap the cats and turn them over to Animal Control. I catch so many that the Animal Control officers got me my own trap.

DUDE! I woulda taken that sucka back to the kids' parents and stuck it to the forehead of whoever presented themself first...

I don't ask people if I can smoke in their car, unless they are smokers. I imagine my clothes smell bad enough w/o the cigarette...

Do you usually get the smokers when it's pouring out? Can't....breathe....and...can' t.....roll....window....down.. ...

I'm gonna take a hack (pun intended) at quitting soon...
