Went to South Georgia Motorsportspark near Valdosta GA last saturday with STEPS, and an assortment of friends that included a 1987 Buick Grand National, a 2012 Camaro with a Magnuson S/C and a 2012 Mustang GT with twin turbos. I couldn't get a break. Each time I staged somebody close in front of me would trash the track. Of six runs I had two good ones with '60 ft times sub 2 seconds. Had to run 14 psi in the widened rear Nitto 555's and pedal it but I got a 12.39 at 114.01. I'm happy with that. Besides, the Camaro broke a rear end, the GN blew a head gasket and the Mustang broke a piston. Both Marauders drove home! Can anybody tell me how to post timeslip?

Sounds like good times. Was the mustang black and running low 10's before it broke?

Great runs and time! It is hard when the track gets a ton of stuff on it from other people's breakage. No traction and the cars want to swing out something bad on the 1 to 2 shift.

FANTASTIC TIMES!
I have told countless people who attend area car shows where I have my car that some of you folks are getting 1/4 mile E Ts in the 12s with these big heavy cars...albeit with some serious mods and such...and I am not sure they believe me...oh well.
We know the truth don't we?!
