So I've decided to take the plunge and go to the next level with my Marauder.. I'm wanting to supercharge it and I'm looking for someone to give me a list of all the parts I'm going to need so I can start the process of running down the parts. Thanks in advance.. and YEHAAA!!!

Ahhhh a a Whipple 2.3l Thats one nasty blower sir! i take it you have a forged motor? pm S/C cheese head , and CWRIGHT i have a feeling they have some info that could be useful!
Once you get your list of parts to look for check out SVT performance, and Corrall for sale threads tons of parts over there.

Question; so in the Ford Performance cataloge, with this kit, M-6066-CT46P (http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/%22../parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField= 8431") same as above. It says, Does not require PCM, fuel pump or MAF meter upgrades. So if it is a bolt on does this mean all that's needed is the intercooler? You'll have to forgive my ignorance!! This is the first car I've ever thought about supercharging!!

You will need to upgrade the MAF and the fuel pump.
And you will need a dyno tune to reflash the PCM with all new parameters.

You will also notice this is a blower upgrade for an 03 Cobra, not an N/A Marauder..
You will need a LIST of things to do an " upgraded Eaton Swap"

Use the "search" look under eaton conversion parts list. All is spelled out for the go fast parts.

The blower head is not simply a bolt-on to your existing intake system.
In addtion to the supercharger, you're going to need a Cobra intake manifold, an intercooler, a heat exchanger, water pump, hoses, and reservoir for the I/C and H/E interface, upgraded fuel delivery system (higher capacity fuel injectors, a higher flow rate fuel pump and BAP system, power pulley hub, lower and upper SC pulleys, custom tensioner and alternator backets, plus various fabricated brackets and other misc parts.
Here's a starting point.
