The Trilogy kit is engineered to be the same cable hook-up distances as OEM. No adjustment (I don't believe it is adjustable) is required.
What is the actual problem you are having?

It is not adjustable. I bought an aftermarket BBK throttle body and the cable wouldn't reach. A friend of mine is a machineist and he fixed it for couple of Yuengling's.

It's a lpf single blade throttle body. That I just installed. And it's not reaching the throttle body

Only two options I can see for a simple fix. You can move the entire bracket towards the throttle body by making 2) 2 hole extensions or if you can afford the down time I could cut my bracket and fab that portion out and get it in the mail tomorrow and you could send me yours as a replacement? Unless you know a welder near you as that would be the quickest and best way to handle it. At least it would look factory.
