The meet will be held from April 4th. - 7th.

I am so looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones. :beer:

Now that all the holiday craziness is over with and things are getting back to normal. Maybe MM2004 will be kind enough to drop us a few hints or teasers as to what's to come. ;)

And for all the guys who show up on Thursday that don't do the German night.

Initially, I tried to choose a hotel in Lexington, and was less than pleased with their rates, not calling me back, etc..

I elected to choose the same hotel in Louisville that we have stayed in for the past 5 - 6 years.

Of course, the GM of the hotel is looking forward to our group staying once again, and will assure everyone an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

The rates are much cheaper as well.

My personal opinion is staying at that hotel is a part of what makes the meet so great!

Clean rooms

REAL BREAKFAST!

Swimming pool

Canopy large enough to hold 8 cars! :D

And then there's the hometown buffet across the street! That breakfast can't be beat! :food:

White Castle is down the street.

There's also Cracker Barrel.

Also 2 car wash places in the area. 1 is a drive thru brushless and the other is a do it yourself.

I don't know why I was thinking about this.......

While I'd love to go to Louisville, I doubt that I'll be able to make it.

But, in watching of Louisvilles-past and all of the BODACIOUS burnouts, I was thinking of how a lineup, burnout, picture might be taken.

With everyone in a line, I was concerned about pitching left or right.

Then, I thought about everyone backing into a circle and channeling the tire smoke into the center of the circle. With room between each car, there would be safety and the potential to have forced tire smoke into the rear circle.

It could be a great picture from a hotel window - Let's call it the "Louisville Bonfire".

I know this location!!!!!!! Thats the South Bardstown road location off of the bypass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be there and expect to be there for the entire duration.I have classes on Thursdays until 1215, so I should be on the road by 1230 and arrive at the hotel no later than 6. I have 2 classes on Fridays, but don't see any issues missing a day in those classes.

I want to do the German dinner...how late will the others stay at Hooters? I don't want to miss out on anything this year...gotta make up for missing everything during the second half of last year!
