Not the most exciting idea, but this is how I am mounting my son's belt in my 68 XL and LTD. The bolts go through the framework of the rear deck. I may even get silly and do a second one on his other side. My wife and him were in a bad accident some 3 years ago (caused by some hot rod in a BMW M3) and the shoulder belts in her '01 Sable kept him in good shape. Custom length belt will come from Snake Oyl in Texas, good company, 100's of colors.
