Could I buy just this piece?

I wanted to post this in the body section but wasnt allowed. I need just the metal bracket that holds the spare tire in place. the previous owner cut it out to put a ghetto sub box in the back.

does anyone know the part number?

No part number... it's part of the body.

Try to see if a salvage has one from a CVPI, GM, or LTC. Something like that would have to be spot welded on since the fuel tank is right underneath that area.

Salvage yard, spot welded...you need a spot weld drill and a chisel, take your time, it will come out.
