Supercharged 2003 45Kmi $11,500

[TFB]

Supercharger installed by Zack in '10 with approx 37Kmi on car & a reported 22Kmi on the SC... Dyno tuned by Bob Krugan with 430Hp at the rear wheels, approx 520Hp at the crank... Also has J-mod, pillar pod with A/F ratio, trans temp, and boost gauges, oil pressure in console replaced with the real Autometer that is similar... The factory radio is replaced with the 6CD Audiophile Escape unit, orig single CD/Tape goes with car, orig in trunk changer still in place... Also has certificate from Ford Performance Group...


Bad is it has rebuilt title(actually there is no such info on the VA title) due to a tree falling on it in '08, so some insurance co may not want to give full coverage... I didn't have any issues with State Farm, gave them the VIN and they did a inspection at their office and that was it... Damage was hood, windshield and top, all repaired and repainted, so top doesn't have the famed paint peel of most of the 300A... VIN stickers on fenders, doors, and trunk match orig, apparently damage wasn't really that bad...

There is some damage to the console cup holder, with a bit of paint peel and one wheel has some clearcoat peel, picts of both are included... Otherwise the car is extra nice... Adj pedals have never worked but I never move them, so for me is a non issue... Been garaged every day & night but one since I've brought it home in 'Aug '10...

It doesn't actually say "rebuilt" or "salvage" anywhere on the title itself, from what I remember. That's why I had a hard time getting a straight answer. YMMV

Salvage status does not drop off when you title the car in another state unless someone @ the DMV screws up and doesn't catch it. Don't plan on that happening.
If you refi they will want the title, at which point they will see the designation and either deny the request, or if funded proceed as I indicated above.

Moral of the story - unless you have cash to pay the loan off upon request, do not try to slide one by your bank. They have more $, better lawyers and can make your life miserable.

I have driven and wrenched on this car. It was professionally detailed a couple of times when Bawazier owned it as well. It has been put thru the paces and only a bad fuel pump comes to mind.

While it will never be worth full value, it is one hell of a car for the money and he has priced it accordingly. Try and find a member owned and documented (X 2),tested and modified by members here with these mods at this mileage. I dare you.

Lotsa stuff has to change: the entire intake system, relocate battery and reposition fuse box. Upgrade fuel injectors, fuel pump, plumb in a heat exchanger for the S/C intercooler, install custom brackets for the alternator and S/C drive belt tensioner.
