I was just looking over your itinerary and it looks like you picked some nice places to visit, I just noted the time allocated between and during events seemed very tight. I know there is most likely cushion time as herding MMer's in the right direction is a full time job in itself.:lol:

The travel distance between venues averages around 5 - 6 miles, so the cushion times don't need to be that great.

The Parkette: Verified. Recommended we park away from curb side. Roped off/reserved parking a possibility.

Henry Clay Estate: Verified. Parking a possible concern, and will seek direction from their Staff as time draws near. Staggered group tours.

Hometown Buffet: Verified. Plenty of food, staffed accordingly.

Butt Rubbin' BBQ: Verified. Planty of food, staffed accordingly.

Aviation Museum. Verified. Will be staffed accordingly. Staggered group tours.

Alltech Brewing: Verified. Tour time slightly pushed back due to scheduling conflicts. Staggered group tours. Staffed accordingly.

Hampton Inn Suites. Blocked rooms lifted within a week from this post. Guaranteed rates cancelled thereafter. Few rooms still available.
(note: Conference/gathering rooms reserved for our group beginning at 6:00PM Friday evening thru Sunday morning)

I will be in Nashvegas the weekend of the L'ville event........I am thinking I will TRY to buzz up to L'ville for breakfast Saturday morning....meet up...visit with the crew.....slobber on some Marauders.......maybe pay Doomie $8.00 bucks for a ride in his Doominator (please?).....clean up/change clothes after I wet my pants riding with Doom....take a heart pill...... then cruise to Lexington with the other MM's and hit the BGParkway back to I 65 and on south the Nashvegas.........It will be a short trip but worth it I am sure....

We roll out at 10:15AM, then head for Lexington.

It is a MUST that everyone have their tanks topped off with fuel prior to our departure(s)!

There are no planned stops to gas up due to time constraints.

Both Friday and Saturday, we will put approx. 150 miles, round trip per day on the cars.

I will be contacting our venues this week and part of next week as promised, to provide them with, I hope, accurate headcounts so they can prepare for us accordingly.

Just over a week away from one hell of an epic event!
