Now I'm afraid to think what's going to go on in Louisville after a White Castle run. Who's bringing the matches?

Thats OLD school stuff, actually pretty simple, two spark plugs, two spray values, hose, wire couple of switches etc etc. Issue is Police have always gone nuts over this!

A guy I went to high school with had a '68 442 with a built 400 that he had setup to shoot flames.
I never knew how the wiring was setup, but do know that he had 2 coils in his trunk and each exhaust pipe near the rear of the car were drilled and tapped to accept a spark plug in each one.
Each coil was wired to a parking light energizing the coils, from what he told me.
Richard had a small switch next to his console that he would throw, sending current to the plugs, thus igniting unburned fuel in his exhaust system.
The flames from his car were snow white, and a helluva sight to see.

Wouldn't wanna do this on your DTR, Mike. Car's so slow the flames would prolly go FORWARD and burn up the car...

It doesn't melt the bumper.
It's NOT a simple proposition.
It DOES look cool on a new Marauder.
Injecting gasoline or propane (did one then the other in that order) into your tailpipe is not simple OR safe.
The ignition box you HAVE to use to fire the coils is problematic at best - anyone who wants the box and coils off my car can have them. The propane valves will cost $$.

Hot flames and gasses backfiring outta the tailpipe!!
Kinda looks and sounds like me leaving Taco Bell.....ME, not my Marauder!....:D
