Tiffany & Co. Black Onyx/Sterling Silver Toggle Bracelet - $200 OBO

I have recovered this bracelet from an old aquaintance that I no long speak with and have found myself wondering why I still have it. There are no major blemishes and there is nothing broken or missing. There are two scratch like scuffs on the back on the big ring that you dont see while wearing it but still exist. I have a solution that cleans silver and this towel that cleans jewelry but it wont come out so im not sure what exactly happened to it. I tried to get it in the pictures but its difficult to see. Im tedious when it comes to things I own so im trying to give any info that I can. Brand new they run about $325 but ive seen them go used on ebay for up to $285 and as low as $180 with a piece broken.
