Is there one or is it called something else ,where is it located?First my heated seat last night now the mm wont start,it did this a few weeks ago and if i jiggled the shifter it started not today.:mad2:

Yes there is a neutral safety switch and I believe it is on the left side of the transmission tunnel under the driver seat. Do yourself a favor and go to 1000shopmanuals.com and purchase the official service manual for the MM. I paid $15 for the manual and it is 2939 pages long!
It has all of the wiring diagrams, how to's and symptom charts in it.

when you do fix yours can you PLEASEEE let me know and how to fix it...mine has been doing this for 6 months i will shake the shifter and make saure its in park and it will start right up....
its weird and when im doing it if it dont start all that happens is my dorrs will lock and uplock its weird.....
i have been told many times beofre its most likly the trans safety switch...car dosent think it's in park so will not start

It's the switch on the left side of the trans held on by two small bolts. You are looking for the range selector switch.

when someone fix theres can they sdn me amesage please and explain how to install and were to get bec my car is gettiong bad one a week it does this now and i just shake the shifter and it starts right up

if you have remote start(after market) check the power wire.that was my fix when i had similar problem

Installed today piece of cake two bolt,one electric plug and disconect and reconect linkage ,15 mins ,works great.
