Today, 3:00 p.m., Black Marauder, I don't know if it was an 03 or an 04, white dude sitting in the drivers seat driving, no passenger unless there were bodies in the trunk, front tag was a British flag, back tag was Florida, heading towards the James River Bridge away from Newport News, there was what appeared to be a radar detector on the dash on the driver side. Whatever it was it was reflecting way more red light than the factory theft blinky thingy. Anyway, I felt like we connected in that brief instant when I waved.
