I think I'm going to put like 75% of my refund towards paying down the the principal on the car loan. Should help pay it off a little quicker since I'm on the 5 year plan at the moment

I worked at Eastern Mountain Sports as a store "Guide" (average associate) and the bicycle tech/mechanic. I've come to think of it as a blessing in disguise for the time being since the company was just bought out by a firm known as Versa Capital (they own Bob's Stores and Polartec among other things) that specializes in reviving failing corporations.

I worked at a couple of bike shops for many years. For me,Working at the bike shop was the best job ever. I loved repairing, building the bike and really enjoyed building rims. There is a nice shop down the road from me. Every now and again I try to convince myself to work there just for fun.

I hope everything works out for you. Like really soon. I hate hearing about people losing their jobs.

I may already have something lined up. Electric Boat, the company that builds the subs for U.S. Navy is hiring 500 people per year until 2015 due to new contracts and I have experience as a with CNC millers and CAD programs. Friends on the inside said they are looking for designers with CAD experience. Could be my ticket to a career and Wreeeedom

Hey Chris, I just bought new Manley springs, valves, retainers, seals, and keepers. Can I still use the stock lash adjusters? I am a 100% NEWB when it comes to 4V Ford heads...
