Question is: What are the best tires? - - and what sizes are people running to have a matched set???

NITTO 555's!
Much cheaper than the BFG's and a better tire!

Only thing is that these are summer tires. Not sue if your car is a daily driver or not.

I realize that ... "They are on their way...", HOWEVER ...

In the past 10years of sets-of-tires and sub-sets-of-tires buying experience in NC -AND- MI is that -NOBODY- (bricks-and-mortal and/or online) can/has matched the pricing from a local, friendly FoMoCo dealership service department on any brand of tire. PERIOD. *And YA ... I do ALOT of research.

Their out-the-door, no-shipping-co$t, mounted, balanced, installed, +tax has ALWAYS been substantially less $$$$$.

FFT next time.

And ... I'm unanimous on that.

For the record ... Example of tires that I recall purchasing: BFGoodrich g-Force T/A 235/50X18 (4)
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A 235/50X18 (4)
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A NT 245/55X18 (4)
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A 235/50X18 (2)
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A 235/50X18 (1)
Toyo Open Country 265/75X15 (4)
Yokohama Parada Spec-X 275/55x20 (4)

After reading tire reviews, I just ordered 4 stock size Cooper Zeon RS3-A tires through my local Town Faire store.

front - $186.00 each
rear - 205.00 each

The rear ones had to be ordered from Cooper but will be put on Friday.

Anyone have these on? Reviews looked great!

Pete

I have Coopers since August, but only have less than 2000 miles on them but they seem to grip well in dry and great in rain at highway speeds. Car is put away for winter. I got fronts for $145 and rears for $155 thru treaddepot.com plus mounting at my shop of preference. I think you will like them alot. Seem great for daily driving and also some aggressive driving.
