I'm a casual browser here and mostly look at the For Sale section. I appreciate users sharing potential craigslist deals, but I'm perfectly capable of searching craigslist on my own and I come to a make/model specific forum to find cars that have been cared for by enthusiast members with a a documented history and maintenance. It's harder to find those cars as they are pushed down and to next pages by CL postings. Anyway, wouldn't mind seeing a separate section for criagslist finds to keep members' cars in their own section uncluttered by craigslist postings.

I just looked at the "For Sale" forum. Almost like spam. I think we are all able to search Craigslist as well as eBay without cluttering our Marketplace, allowing our members to post their own items.

I have no interest in CL but I do have an interest in the MM and this is the portal I use for all info about the MM.

Attention all members if you list your car on CL will you be allowed to list it here?
What about MMs with over 100K miles shouldn't they also get a separate For Sale Forum or how about Modified MMs put them in a separate section too? How about "Memebers" who join and immediately put an MM for sale, should we ban them? Lets also ban MMs that are listed on another forum too!

I view this site as THE source of all information about the Marauder, THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY. Everyone please continue to post as much information about the Marauder as possible. The day the Admins start censoring information about the Marauder is the day I no longer have any interest in this site.

My issue is that these aren't members' cars for sale and are littering the for sale section with ads that have little valuable information. There's no need to censor the information, just organize it differently. I'm a moderator on another forum and we have a "CL finds" thread in a few different sections. The For Sale section is one of our heavily moderated sections, which benefits sellers as well as consumers of the site in making it easy to link up sellers and buyers.

^^^^^100% accurate^^^^^, and it would work out for everyone. No need to "ban" anything, just an extra forum for said ad's.

As a supporting member I don't have a problem seeing ads from CL or elsewhere. I'm always interested and always looking.

I gotta agree, I enjoy checking out the ad, just to see what's on the market, but on the other hand, a separate forum for e-bay and craigslist finds would help organize things.
