big issue.... when applying the brakes or turning.... a prominent "crunching" noise happens on the front suspension.... almost sounds like something is loose and hitting its max or min point.....
new control arms... new shocks... balljoints.... removed sway bar bushings.... locked them in a vice.... the bushings dont move... no squeak/ crunch either...
cant even break the sway bar bushings loose...
anyone want to take a listen to it here in South Florida?

Bushings "welded" to the anti-sway bar??
Just guessing but I would suspect the bushing crunchin' around in the mounting brackets if the bar cannot move inside them as it is supposed to!! I'd cut the bushings off and replace them ASAP!!
GOOD LUCK!!

Agree w/'jack ^^^
The sway bar is supposed to be able to rotate within the bushings, but not have any radial play.

I ran over someone and it made the same noise. Just try going full throttle for 30 seconds and that should shake loose any debris. Worked for me! Just saying.

WD40 on the upper control arm bushings.... I went on a long road trip... Had this crunching noise... New everything too... Upper and lower control arms and shocks... Sway bar wasn't my problem. Water may have gotten around the bushing.
Try it out, it can't hurt.

A close freind of mine had same noice etc. ended up being a broken brake pad, he looked at everything and all looked good, just something to check.
