It's cleared off here in Huntsville enough for everyone to wash up their cars. Outside right now, parked together at my request are an '03 Marauder (mine), an '04 Marauder (work buddy), and an '04 Taurus (another co-worker). Not to beat a dead horse too much, but in the bright sun the paint differences are big. Mine looks good, especially to me, but the typical and oft discussed paint woes (swirls, lack of depth, etc.) are noticable in the bright sun. The '04 lokks a lot better, by the naked eye probably 75% less swirls. The "04 Taurus, built in the Atlanta Plant, looks the best. You can hardly find a swirl. Of the three, IMHO, the Taurus is the one that looks like it has a paint job worthy of a $36K sticker. Being as we arre being discontinued, this is probably a moot point, but I sure hope for the sake of future Panther buyers, whatever they do different in Georgia gets shared with STAP.
