First post..so Hi All! Been seriously preoccupied with the Marauder for some time now. I just found this forum so I figger I'd ask a quick question.

What was the selling price of your 03 Marauder, before Tax/Tags and any rebate that you may have gotten?

I'm buying a car in the next 2 months so Ive been looking. I'm all but settled on a new Merc. My local dealer offered up (via email no less) to sell the car for $29,995.00 + T/T and before the 2k rebate thats going on now(ends 1/2/03). So I buy for $27,995 + T/T.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Thanks for the input.

Sam
BTW Logan, I saw your car on ebay about 3 days before I found this site, what year Cougar is that I see in the backround?

Prices are really dropping. If this keeps up there will be no trade in/resale value down the road

I say this car has the similiar problem the 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Superbird had. They wouldn'd sell easy. Apparently there were some on the lots even as late as 1972. Some dealers even took off the rear monster wing and the NASCAR front clip and "converted" them to regular Roadrunners and sold them that way. Although look at the price of the Superbird now; some sell for 200,000 dollars.
