I just went to get a replacement set of battery cables for one of the Marauders. Part # 3W7Z-14300-CA.
According to the dealer they were discontinued on December 20, 2012. There are no more in stock at any dealers. They may show up at an obsolete Ford parts company in the future.
There is a solution. The cable set for the Grand Marquis is the same wire wire and will fit with some changes. Part number 3W7Z-14300-AA, list price $95.12, good guy price about $58.00.
The only difference is the location and type of wire retainers to hold it in place. You can use the ond ones from your old cable set or move the ones on the GM set to the correct position.
The only unique retainer is the long black one to hold the alternator feed wire off the hot crossover tube. So if you can save that one and reuse it, your golden. If not, just protect the wire and run it under or over the crossover tybe.
These cables corrode inside the insulation and can result in sluggish starting and low voltage to the power distribution box. Also, when these get old and fray down by the exhaust manifold, they can short and cause a fire.
By the way, the 13 MM nut on the back of the passenger side cylinder head can be a pain to get off, but it can be reached from underneath.
I have attached photos to show the differences.
