I know there is talk of the eatc repair happening at Louisville but is there any one that would be doing a compass repair while there? Just wondering.

I don't believe Russ does them.

Requires a soldering iron and special resistors.

YOU are correct I do not have the Resistor and have not done that type of repair. Recommend sending it to Fastblackmerc he is great to work with and fast turnaround.
