Need some help, got my grille and trunk badges and I have removed the trunk badge. There are 2 small holes where the original came out, do I just cover those up or is something supoosed to go in them with the new one?

nothing goes there , the badge just does not have the pins , locate the original and cross tape on the top bottom and sides to center the new one .

the idea is with the original badge installed (not glue) that has the pins is to locate it so you can make a square with tape around the badge , when you install the new one it will be ease to center

I used a very fine point sharpie, placed the OEM badge back on the trunk and traced around it, then I knew exactly where the Colex badge should be located.
