Check the vacuum line connectors for leaks. I replaced my FRPS only to find out the connectors were leaking a little. A put a little gasket maker on the male side and the problem went away.

If you are recently S/C then clear the light and get used to seeing at least once a month. It can be tuned out to not be so sensitive as well.

Pull the vacuum line off and check for fuel in the line. I can smell trace amounts in everyone I have checked, seems normal. You are looking for more than that. When you put it back on, snip a little off the vacuum line and zip tie it down really good. They can fail mechanically, or electronically. Did you change your tune or upgrade your fuel recently? That could cause the same issue I previously mentioned. They do NOT appreciate a sudden stop in flow from WOT once you have modded. D'Augustino's Racing sells a cushion disc you install between the sensor and rail to help cushion the sudden stop in fuel. Mixed reviews if it really works. I have had one for three years but hard to say if it worked for me as it is still laying on the tool box... 😉 Yeah, I procrastinate..

The line runs from the sensor to the left side of the intake manifold, mear the pcv valve fitting.

Yep, I keep my ScanGauge hooked up and clear it about once a month.
