I have a FB Performance 4STB transmission with manual valve body in Purple Panther.

How do you like it? Any experience with the manual/valve bodies? I prefer to manual shift when I'm out having fun, but don't want to tear up this transmission. Not sure if I want to have to manual shift ALL of the time, so curiousity set in on the manual/auto, but silver fox doesn't elaborate much on it.
