As of now the only Supercharger I can find is one with 50k on it price is good at 400. Too many miles? My other option is to buy a rebuilt from steigmeier. Won't be going ported as I only want to run 11psi. Anybody else on here have one for sale?

Thinking that 50,000 miles isn't a lot for a blower. There are just a few moving parts front gears brearings & rotors. look for rotor wear & spin the bearings to check. Change the oil thats it.

The seller is sending me pics today. Said it spins freely and it is in good shape so we will see.

Do not go to superchargerrebuilders.com if you need to rebuild. It is not the mans day job and he used the wrong parts twice on me.

If its an Eaton you don't really need to worry. Eatons are like Tonka trucks.

Thanks for the advice everyone. The rotors on my blower seem to look like they have more than 12k on them. Edges of rotors are shiny and the inner part of the rotors are getting shiny. But it looks great other than that. I'm gonna change the oil and hope for the best.

If you haven't picked up any oil yet, check out e-bay, you can usually find some pretty good deals on it.

I picked up my blower with 40k on it and sent to steigmeier to get a clean bil of health. (oil change, bearing check, new seals, etc) Heck, for a few hundred more dollars, they even ported it!

Yup. I've got a Stiegy re-built core on my car and it's working well.

Nope, mine's been on the car and running well for over two and a half years.
