I was notified by the dealer in NM that I was the new owner of a 2003 Silver Birch Mercury Marauder.
Although I had to wait a few more days to actually get in it and drive it, I was happy for the first time in a long time.
While some things have changed over the past couple of years, I'm still just as excited, happy, and overjoyed with being a MM owner. However, that is just a piece of the puzzle...what gives me the most excitement about owning a MM is all of the people I have met and befriended during this time. I have always received help from the community when I asked for it, and I've tried to help the community when I'm able to.
Of course, I was silly enough to think that I would have all the customizations I had in mind done by now, but in a way I am glad that I'm not done. There's nothing like showing off your latest additions/changes when we get together.
1 MM, 2 years, almost 50,000 miles, 1 Marauderville, 1 Looseville, 2 BOCs, several trips each to Rex's, Jim's, and Russ's place, but most importantly....countless number of friends.
Thanks to everyone and hope to share many more years together.
Kyle
