Soo my merc is acting dumb. When I floor it rpm will jump and just drop and jump back up again. If its like its not breathing right or gasping for air. Have a cold air intake now and doesn't do it often but still does. Some guy said it feels like the transmission is disengaging. Also I have to hit my traction control switch off or it wont go past like 30 or 40 mph. It thinks its loosing traction

Check your tire sizes. If your rear tires are not larger than the front, the car will act like you at describing. If I recall correctly, 3% is the require difference in tire size.
I had a mechanic work on mine and as a favor, rotated my tires. It did exactly what you R describing ...

Smaller tires bong on the front, not the rear.

Even with 22s I suppose you still need a "rake" to keep TC happy. Far as factory wheels the two taller tires need to be on the rear.
Someone here might chime in with all the specs

Has to be between a 3% and 6% difference in tire height between fronts and rears, with e rears being higher.

The proper tire size may fix the rpm issue as well. First suggestion, get the tire size correct, then take it for a test drive. Report back after that.
