I have a delayed start up. The engine always starts but turns over & igintion seems slow. I know it is not the fuel filter or fuel delivery. There is no differance even when I turn key part way to power up fuel pump before starting. I have just installed a new battary & new plugs & no improvement. Other than load test the COP what else do I check & what is cost to have COP load checked at dealer ?

Agree w/Marty and Jim.
If you had a bad COP(s), it would show up under load.
