Hey guys,
The blower for my eaton swap is coming with a 2.76 pulley. I know its too small but I haven't ordered my lower hub and pulley kit yet so could I lower the boost some by maybe using a stock lower instead of a 2 lb lower? Anyone running a upper pulley this small and still making a reasonable amount of boost (11-12) I would like to use a smaller pulley up top to help with the hood liner clearance.

I am quite certain that even with your current upper pulley and a 2lb lower. That combo would produce too much boost for the stock motor.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.
I have a 3.0 or 3.1 upper along with a 2lb lower and that gives me 10-11 psi.

They also have smaller than stock size lowers to lower boost.

so what are stock pulleys for the trilogy, and what size can a stock motor safely handle?

2.76 upper and a stock lower's gonna be somewhere north of 14.5 lbs, maybe even jsut a touch over 15.
