Hello all - I stopped in at the local speed shop to talk 3.55 to 4.10 swap (which may happen soon) and come to find out the shop owner just took off a 68,000 mile stock Eaton blower off his '04 Cobra motor along with stock 39 psi injectors....replaced with bigger injectors and a different ported Eaton stock unit.:)
Q 1 - Will this stock '04 CobraFord/Eaton blower work on my '04 MM which is bonestock now without a major hassle finding parts? He hasn't priced it to me yet. I would need to purchase lower intake....price for this and other misc parts? What all would be needed, ball park price and parts list... etc I am new to plug and play tuning and power adders.
Q 2 - What would be a fair price for the blower? It is unhurt.
Q 3 - Do I need to run the Cobra injectors or are the stock MM's running 39 psi? The Cobra is an 8.5 to 1 motor, ours are 10.0 to 1....What problems may arise?? If any??
I am sure I will have more questions after I fire this off - Thanks!!

PM me with your e-mail addy and I can send you some info.
As for your questions:
Q1: Yes, it will definitely work on your car with the correct additional Cobra parts.
Q2: Stock blowers in good shape normally sell for between $300 - $400 depending on what's included. Push for the blower plus plenum, TB brackets and pulley for $300, negotiate up from there if you need to.
Q3: Will need the 39 lb injectors. The higher compression ratio won't be a big issue if you don't go crazy on boost or tune. Aim for between 10 and 12 lbs boost and a tune that'll run 93 octane fuel and you'll be okay.
