How to remove the EGR Valve?

Any pointers on how to get the EGR Valve off? Its rusted so bad i cant get it to budge! Any pointers would be great

Spray it with PB Blaster for a couple days. A little heat should help too. Wait till the PB dries though. Flammable.

Pb is amazing! And if that does not work beat it with a hammer.

Got if off finally...pb blaster and a big hammer did the trick thanks guys

Where exactly should it be struck with a hammer? I used PB Blaster and let it sit; the exhaust pipe connection freed with moderate effort. But the 2 bolts...I'm afraid I'll strip them if I keep trying. I'm replacing it so if I have to destroy the old one that's fine...
