Was just snopping around on E-Bay and came across a seller trying to sell a cvpi DS. Well after multiple back & forths with the seller I determined it was a MMX Shaft, correct color's & MMC Police stamping. Strange thing is the seller stated it was off a 2001 CVPI, not a 99 or 2000 they normally come on. Picked it up for 100.00 even!!

Yeah I have been also. All the salvage yards in my area had nothing. This seller didnt know what it was he had it listed as a 2001 cvpi D/S. I keyd in on 1 of his listing pic's you could kinda see what look like (mmc) before police. So I asked him to snap me a clear pic & sure enough it was. He said he has access to a salvage yard that gets alot of old popo vics so I told him to keep a eye out for anymore.

Hey fella's I just talked to the guy I bought this shaft from & he told me, he may have other 99-2000 cvpi's at his buddy's salvage yard. He is going to let me know by the end of the week at latest. So if any has interest just post up here & if he tells me he does Ill PM ya his contact info.

Forgive me because I forget but what is the difference between a stock MM driveshaft and an MMX driveshaft?

I'd be interested in one too. Please let me know! After the last tailshaft seal replacement I'm afraid to get into triple digits anymore.

If you can confirm that they are definitely MMX, I'm interested in one of them.
