If everything goes right in the a.m. I will have a nice 03 marauder sitting in my driveway. Now on too upgrading!!! Does anyone know where I can grab a cobra engine (preferably remanufactured) from?
Do you plan on super charging the car?

What he said. ^^^^^
If you're staying N/A, a Cobra long block will make less power.
If you're going S/C, the OEM motor's good for 450+ rwhp, so the Cobra may not be necessary.

I have future plans of 600+ but that's gonna be a while from now

Start saving your bucks.
600+ is gonna cost a bunch of them (like well into 5 figures...).

Getting to 450 is fairly cheap, beyond that (as you well know) the curve starts sloping expotentially... :(
