Does anyone have a MMR 7qt oil and/or using the MMR (Canton) windage tray on their MM?

Motown Marauder used a larger capacity oil pan in his build. Check his thread out on his build. Lots of information.

Thanks J-MAN! i dont think the MMR oil pan will clear the Kmember on our cars , im not 100% sure but it looks like it wouldnt clear from just looking at their oil pan.

Roger, what pan was it that you used that cleared? What's the status on you build? Great looking work BTW.
Below 30 degrees this morning. Why did you move? :D

Was it a direct bolt-on or did have to mod anything to make it work?

Did you use the stock pickup or was a cobra one needed?

Stock pick up was used:banana2:, all you need is a wrench to bolt it on!

My build is a big bore using stock crank specs.

Then you can run that pan, are you gonna get it?

Don't know yet. I already have a FRPP cobra oil pump, cobra pickup and cobra oil pan for my build. I wouldn't mind having a windage tray though but I've heard some modding is needed for clearance.

So the cobra pan will fit the MM with the K member and all? Nice parts list you got going..

The Cobra pan will hit the back of the crossmember and so will the MMR 7 quart because they modify a Cobra pan for the extra capacity.

If that's the case, I guess I will just swap over my stock pan or get another MM pan and pickup.

Not the monster big bore I wanted (Big Bore Stroker 327ci) just a 5.1L 306ci. A wise Marauder knowledge expert told me I don't need it unless I plan on revving it to 7k rpms or doing road racing/auto crossing.
Money saved from not having to get a larger oil pan can be put towards other better parts for the motor.
