Does This Sound Like a Good Deal?

I looked at a car for my wife today. It is a new 2002 Mercury Sable LS. It has a V6 24 Valve DOHC 3.0L Engine. Leather Interior with Power Seats, Moonroof, Pinstriping, Alloy Wheels, and 6 disk CD Mach sound system. It's MSRP is $24,9xx. They offered it to me for $22,300, $400 less than invoice, plus a $4000 rebate, making it $18,300.

We don't really need another car, but we could use it with all the drivers we have. This just sounds like a smokin' deal to me! What does everyone think? I'ld appreciate your opinions.

Well, we got it. They even dropped another $300 off the price. Pretty darn good deal I think. It has everything except a spoiler. Nice car, good price, pleasant buying experience. Man I enjoy buying cars! :D
