Chris,

Thanks for the shout out man, and great meeting you and many other "first timers" to Louisville!

:bows:

It was a damn good weekend filled with great peeps, nice weather, interesting tours, filled with good times.

Once again, another successful event for Louisville... 8 years running!

:banana2:

As I have said in the past, and will say once again...

It wasn't me that made it a successful event. It was you and everyone else that made it that way.

I throw the schedule and tours together then add timestamps to it.

You folks did the rest.

So,.. I thank YOU and everyone else. for a great weekend!

;) :)

Mike.

I don't need to start another speech on our feelings Mike. Take the last four years of speeches, add a few more paragraphs of words like, your the man, awesome time, if I were to ever start hating boobies, can't believe you actually took a drink of that, I told you to meet me under the canopy at 3AM and you believed me, Waffle House, and sad to leave.

Something is to be noticed when we will show up anyway if you were to quit organizing this and the fact more and more new members show up each and every year. Mike. The man, the legend, and the machine of all things FUN.

As a Newbie, I want to say thank you for such a great time. As a TagAlong, it was quite a sight to see the passion between cars and owners alike. Thank you to Mike and Charlotte (and everyone) for making us feel so welcome.
Maybe, we can put together something in the Kansas City area. Perhaps a BBQ smoke and tire smoke motif...
Again, thank you so much for the good times and new friendships!!

Much love
Kelly a.k.a. TagAlong

I had such a great time this. For me, it has been better and better with each passing year. And for all the new people who attend. You guys also make it better. It's always a treat to show the new people what a special community we have. I love watching the new members having a great time and fitting right in like they've been with us longer. I am patiently waiting for MV and look forward to meeting other members who can't make the Louisville meet.

Thank you so much to Mike and Charlotte. The two of you are simply amazing.

And a very big thank you to all the new members who made the trek to Louisville. It's always a great time meeting you all.

See y'all later. :burnout:

Oh, and we do NEED a KC meet!!!!

louisville is more then a Marauder meet, it is a family reunion. It was great seeing old friends (family) and meeting new friends (family). And to all of the newbies that showed; the Samples clan, Bill & TJ, Neal and Kelly, Joel, Curless, and others that names escape me now. This was Chris's (Ladyhawke) and mine 8th L-ville and it gets better every year. If you ever think you do not have the time or just don't want to go....Well you are missing the BEST meet of the year.

TagAlong isn't that a Girl Scout cookie? And girl the name fits you are a Cookie!!!! :D

I am still bruised from friday night.

This seems to get better every year, that does not mean it's ever bad. Sometimes it seems like time passes too quickly and we don't get to spend as much time with others as we wish. It's also finally nice to put the face with the screen name and the car. We even have cars that stay in the Marauder family, Mike got reunited with his... UNBELIEVABLE. It was great getting a police escort to get us off the line and a great time had by all for the saturday night gathering and raffle. Even if we all do not get along on the board, we all share the same views when it comes to what car we want to drive. That is a beautiful thing. Happy Maraudering too all, looking forward to the next meet.

Gordon,

Thank you for your kind words, and I agree that we are a family.

Family from across many countries, states, culltures, values and beliefs.

The power of a car and the internet has brought all of us together a few times a year, to share good times that reinforces our internet bonds on the site.

I have said it many times in the past,...

It's not the car. It's the people.

The Louisville Meet is not a success due to me.

It is a success for people like you and everyone else that makes it truly, a special weekend.

;)

Mike.
