a buddy of mine gave me a sct tuner model #3015. it needs to be unlocked so i could use it is anyone here a dealer for SCT its has 5 unlocks left

Unless you have Pro Racer software, it has to go back to SCT to be unlocked..

Also, I think Martyo is a dealer. He'll probably jump in here.
