My '04 was wrecked on 4-08-13, with 5,549 mi. SB with dark leather. We bought it new in March, '04. Was as new until the wreck. I have not settled with ins. yet and can get the car, though ins. co. did have it towed to Copart so as not to have to pay storage. Car still starts and runs, everything works; left fender rubbing on tire lightly. Frame is tweaked, windshield cracked at bottom, left fender pushed back slightly over the door, tho' I believe the door is OK. I have not obtained a copy of the estimate, though the ins. estimate was at $14K. Probably could be done for considerably less. I would want around $5,250, m/l, depending on whether buyer wanted to pick it up or other arrangement. It would take 5-7 days for a check to clear my bank before releasing the car.
Car will be available for few more days, unless a deal is made by a member who PM'd me.
I have pics of exterior, interior, engine, before and after wreck. Can email them tho' I have technical difficulty in getting the pics posted here.
Car was always kept in heated/cooled garage. Guy in body shop commented that interior still smelled new. (Actually Zaino leather treatment, but never had food, drink or smoke in it).
Available with or without the car is one of Cruzer's arm rests, with a padded, upholstered cover on the top; one front bumper cover, new, from the X-pel company in San Antonio. This is an adhesive 3M protective plastic CAD cut for the Marauder.
Thanks, Joe
