GONE, thank you.

Hey All,
Free to a first PM of an established MM.net member. New Motorcraft thermostat and gasket for your marauder. Part number 7L3Z-8575-B. The thermostat says MotoRad on it so I guess thats the supplier to Motorcraft now.

I will cover the shipping in the USA as well. Thanks.

Hmm, does it have the thermal bypass hole on the other side? If not then it's not correct.

nice offer though.

This part number is correct for a Mercury Marauder: LINK (http://www.tascaparts.com/parts/2003/MERCURY/MARAUDER/?siteid=213668&vehicleid=1387829&section=COOLING%20SYSTEM&group=COOLING%20SYSTEM&subgroup=COOLING%20SYSTEM&component=THERMOSTAT)

Many times parts stores etc get this wrong. Does it have the hole in it?
"THERMOSTAT All Models; From 1/86 " is the description. There was no Marauder in 1986, if that is true it is the SOHC model which does not have the thermal bypass.

Correct thermostat for a Marauder will resemble this, the picture you posted does not appear to have this on it, which means it's the wrong one.
