Hosting Video, Help!!!

As I write this, I am in the process of converting the digital video files to mpeg. The video of Lidio & Jerry running at Bradenton yesterday. How do I upload to this site ? or do I have to remote host ? If so, how do you do that, I don't know how and where to do it ???? Thank you in advance.

The help screen in the gallery says it accepts:

Supported image types include: JPG, GIF and PNG.
Support multimedia type (if enabled): MPG, AVI, ASF, WMF, MOV

Therefore I assume you need to save the file in one of these file formats, and upload it into the gallery in the appropriate location, ie. 'events', and then post a link in your thread.
