Those are the aftermarket ones. They are black plastic. The plastic is thinner but stiffer tahn the OEM ones. I have fit 2 of them, one perfect fit, the other needes some work where it lines up with the front of the fender. Also, there is a 1/4 inch mounting hole missing under the right side to attach the spash shield. Good idea to drill it before painting, but can be done afterward.

Overall, the aftermarket ones are a good repair if the OEM is too badly damaged. SOme of the bumper repair places do a horrible job of fixing tears and the cost runs up to just about what these sell for.
