I'm thinking about getting the WeatherTech deflectors that fit in the window channels. Will they beat up my tint ?

No. I have them on my MM and it's fine.

Never had a problem on four vehicles.

No, they go on the outside of the window. The tint is on the inside. They cause a little more contact pressure between the inside of the window (the tint side) and the seal. It is possible that this higher contact pressure could cause the normal fine lines that you see where the tint goes into the seal to appear more quickly, but I would not worry about it.
