Damn. I am headed to Ocean City for the week on the 27th. :( Its been booked since last year. Thought we did this earlier in the month of July. I had the 6th or 13th originally listed here in the tentative CAM events >>>>> http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=53146

It is possible I can switch to the the week before (Saturday July 20th). I know after the first meet I was looking to set this up the Saturday after Independence Day. However I am going to still be in New York on the 13th.

If the 20th works better for folks, I can switch.

Whatever works best for the gang. The following weekend is the New Hampshire Motor Speedway weekend 2-4 August IIRC. That may impact too. I'm screwed on both ends of that week. ;)

yeah sorry Doom, I know I said the 20th at Berts but I didnt have my calendar in front of me. we do have tentative plans on the 20th... but seems like folks are leaning towards the 20th

I can work around our tentative schedule to move. & I forgot about the new hampshire meet so thanks for reminding me

Neither week works for us, we'll be in Raton NM, from the 19th through the 28th of July. This is the second year in a row (unfortunately) where our committment with the NRA International Youth Hunter Education Challenge (YHEC) conflicts with the crab feast...darn it! I've been doing this volunteer work since 1992, while Denise has been doing this volunteer work since 2007.

:bump: Don't forget this one. Mark your calendars now. This will be the 3rd Annual meet and turnout has been good for the past 2 years.

We usually meet between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. Ryan will let us know the preferred time for Captain Dan.
