Ok - I noticed this light, inconsistient knocking a week ago or so...only at idle was only in gear and now I can hear it in park - so I shot a quick video of it. Any opinions? I "hope" this is just maybe a loose cam cap like some have mentioned in the past?

Mary's car has made a similar noise since she bought it in 2007 with 87,000 miles. It now has 172,000 and still makes the same sound.

thanks...I assume since Overlord is the only response that this is nothing to worry about? Just want to make sure I should be doing anything to ensure a long engine life! especially considering I'm making some good power...
